The Valuation Office assessed the new By Chloe Restaurant in Covent Garden at Rateable Value £630,000. This threatened the business.
Jones Norris Adams were able to persuade the Valuation Office to reduce this to £178,000, within three months from the original Assessment.

Acting for Ropemaker Properties Ltd, the property nominee of BP's Pension Fund, Jones Norris Adams have recently concluded rent reviews at The Garrick Industrial Estate in Hendon.
The reviews averaged an increase of 60%, and add about £250,000 per annum to the Fund's rental income.
The Garrick is a well located estate, which lies half a mile north of the North Circular and close to Junction 1 of the M1 Motorway. Tenants include Bread Factory, Leon Paul and Cantifix.
