Acting for BP’s Pension Fund, Jones Norris Adams Director John Adams appeared as an Expert Witness at the Norwich County Court in respect of a lease renewal of industrial premises near Stansted Airport.
The judge preferred John’s evidence to that of the other Expert Witness awarding a figure within 5% of John’s opinion of Value and almost 80% more than the Tenant’s Surveyor’s opinion.
