John has completed The Gauntlet, his first Half Ironman. The event took place at Hever Castle and he finished in a time of seven hours, 53 minutes. It was a tough race, compounded by cold and windy conditions on the day.
John raised £1,250 for MacMillan, which he is delighted with and is grateful to all who sponsored him.
The real gauntlet though must be the challenge of a Full Ironman ...
We are pleased to welcome Victoria Redcliffe to Jones Norris Adams as our newest Graduate Surveyor.
Victoria has recently completed her Masters in Real Estate at London South Bank University, having previously obtained a first class degree in International Hospitality from Oxford Brookes University.
Over the next two years, Victoria will be training towards her APC and will aim to be a Chartered Surveyor by the end of 2020.
Acting on behalf of Ropemaker Properties (part of BP's Pension Fund), Jones Norris Adams have agreed two lease renewals at the Stansted Distribution Centre.
Both rents have increased significantly, one by 47%.
Such strong rental growth has been driven in part by a dearth of good quality industrial properties and storage land in close proximity to Stansted Airport.
