Acting on behalf of Ropemaker Properties Ltd, the landlord of Stansted Distribution Centre, Jones Norris Adams have recently agreed the lease of 20,000 sf of storage land.
The site adjoins the Audi showroom at the front of the Estate.
The new lease is for a term in excess of 10 years with RPI reviews.
