Acting on behalf of the Landlord of a local retail parade, Jones Norris Adams have concluded a rent review with Tesco.
Tesco use Unit R1, Priors Green Shopping Centre, Takeley, CM6, which comprises just over 2,500 sf, for their convenience format.
The revised rent increased by just under 20% and our client was delighted with the outcome.
