Avon calling as JNA secures rent increase at Bristol Co-Op Store

Acting on behalf of Waypoint Asset Management, Jones Norris Adams undertook a rent review in respect of the Co-Op unit at Avon Village Centre in the St. Annes’s area of Bristol.

The Property comprises approximately 12,250 sf and is let to Co-Op until 2027.

We were delighted to secure a healthy increase to the passing rent.
