Acting for Ropemaker Properties Limited, part of the BP Pension Fund, Jones Norris Adams has recently agreed a further rent review at the Stansted Distribution Centre in Essex.
Negotiating an increased rent, John Adams commented "the outcome further demonstrates the robustness of the industrial market during the Coronavirus Pandemic for well located Industrial Estates in the South East".
Kevin has been working in the creative industry for the last thirty five years and in that time has seen an enormous technological and cultural change. Although nearly all commercial design work is now digitally produced, it still originates as an idea or concept and begins as a few lines sketched out on paper using good old fashioned pens or pencils.
