JNA provide Landlord & Tenant advice to Herefordshire Council

On behalf of Herefordshire Council, JNA have recently concluded a number of transactions in respect of their commercial property portfolio.

Despite difficult trading conditions, we have completed news leases on several retail units in Widemarsh Street, Hereford.

We have also concluded a number of rent reviews in respect of various industrial units throughout the County, together with a new letting at Great Western Court, Ross-on-Wye to Lodge Farm Kitchen.
