Rents take off (again) at Stansted Distribution Centre

Acting on behalf of BP’s pension fund, Ropemaker Properties, JNA have recently completed lease renewals of four warehouses, at rents that reflect a 25% increase from 2016 levels.

The well specified units are ideally located to serve East Anglia and Stansted Airport and the rents agreed very much reflect these qualities.

BP is one of the world’s biggest companies.
