Acting on behalf of Waypoint Asset Management, Jones Norris Adams have now concluded a rent review in respect of the Co-Op local unit at Forestdale Shopping Centre, in Featherbed Lane, Croydon.

The store totals 6,125 sf and is the anchor unit within this 18,000 sf local neighbourhood retail and residential development.

JNA achieved a significant uplift to the passing rent, which was set in 2016.
